Limestone Coast Economic Development Group

The Limestone Coast Economic Diversification Group has been established to drive sustainable economic growth in the Limestone Coast region, capitalising on its competitive advantage to increase the prosperity of our region. It does this by being a significant influencer of stakeholders and investors, advocating regional priorities, supporting unique opportunities for business growth and mobilising regional action.

The Limestone Coast Economic Development Groups purpose is:
  • To support and drive LCLGA’s, RDALC’s and the South Australian Government’s commitment to economic diversification within the Limestone Coast;
  • To identify economic opportunities in the region;
  • To identify potential solutions to issues with respect to economic development in the region;
  • To identify resources and funding to drive economic diversification;
  • To initiate and prioritise actions and projects to further economic diversification in the region;
  • To engage with businesses and industry in the region; and
  • To engage with and influence State and Federal agencies.

  • Limestone Coast Local Government Association
  • Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast
  • South East Natural Resources Management Board
  • Primary Industries and Regions South Australia (PIRSA)
