The Regional Growth Strategy is a joint initiative of Regional Development Australia Limestone Coast (RDALC) and Limestone Coast Local Government Association (LGLGA) to support the Region’s growth and prosperity.

The Strategy has been informed by economic research and input gathered from our community, industries, and stakeholders.

The strategy outlines four long-term goals for the region, with progress to be driven over the next five years through regional initiatives, collaborative advocacy, and priority Council and RDALC projects. These goals focus on creating:

It aims to balance preserving the region’s strengths with embracing new opportunities for sustainable growth. Priority areas for action include housing, services, training, tourism, value-add industry, the circular economy, roads, and utilities.
